Who we are

What we collect

• About the project: venue type, level of finish, district, approvals authority, area or seat count, condition of the space, kitchen, heritage status, any guidelines link, the words you pick to describe the character, your free-text brief and any reference links.
• About you: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company if you give one, and how you heard about us.
• Technical: a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself; the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, if any; and which of our emails you opened.

Why we collect it

To calculate an indicative fee and programme, to prepare and send you a proposal, and to follow up about that proposal. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it to build advertising audiences.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the platform work, each doing one job:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database and file storage.
• Postmark — sending the emails.
• Anthropic — writing the one narrative paragraph in your proposal. It receives the qualitative parts of your brief only, never your name, email, phone or any figures.
• Telegram — notifying the studio owner about new enquiries.
• Google Sheets — an internal copy of the enquiry list.

How long we keep it

• Unfinished forms: 30 days, then deleted.
• Submitted enquiries: 24 months, then anonymised.
• Generated proposals: alongside the enquiry they belong to.

Cookies

The form stores your answers in your own browser so you can come back to a half-finished estimate. That data never leaves your device until you enter an email address. Analytics cookies are set only if you agree to them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@movs.studio and we will act within 30 days. Deleting your data means we can no longer honour a proposal already issued to you.

Changes

When this policy changes, the revision date at the top changes with it. We record the revision in force at the moment you submit, so a later edit does not silently rewrite what you agreed to.
